The Role Goodwe has a dedicated team for Australia and New Zealand and are looking for a Business Development Manager based in NSW to join the Australia team, in-line with the company growth. This role will be focused on the NSW market. Key responsibilities Develop & execute effective sales strategies to acquire new customers Build & maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and sales materials Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth areas Achieve & exceed individual & team sales targets Communicate effectively with clients, partners & internal teams Provide customer training & presentations Track performance, monitor sales progress & report on key metrics Qualifications & Requirements Preferred minimum 3 years of working experience within the solar industry Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales target Reliable and self-motivated Strong Microsoft office skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment A friendly, positive and customer-driven attitude Excellent time management and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
