Working knowledge of moderation processes SETA verification processes Experience in coordinating learnerships, apprenticeships and skills programmes. Coordination of meetings, identification of opportunities. Knowledge and understanding of project management. An added advantage will be on QCTO processes. Key Areas of Responsibilities Facilitate the implementation of Occupational programme, SETA and QCTOaccredited, across delivery sites of the Tshwane North TVET College as required. Give subject/practice related guidance to Learners and ensure quatity delivery ofteaching and learning as well as workplace practice monitoring. Visits to Workplaces are compulsory to monitor and guide Learners as required. Strict adherence to College / SETA evaluation processes, policies andprocedures. Must be prepared to work under pressure. Must be prepared to work after hours when necessary. Need to work very closely with the Programme Manager. Responsible and accountable for all tasks including administration. Any other tasks as operationally required. Duties Ensure accurate information at all times throughout the project coordinationprocess. Suggest and implement improvements in the project coordination process,optimize process. Prepare, design control, and maintain accurate relevant documentation. Coordinate college projects to meet deadlines. Keeping up with product and service information and updates. Preparing weekly and monthly reports. Coordinate and manage project scope changes. Manage customers’ needs/requirements and expectations. Collaborate with finance with regards to bonds and guarantees. Facilitate the Accreditation Process with QCTO. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensurecompliance with safety regulations.
