Duties: Lead and improve billing operational processes and controls Analyse operational data and reporting to identify trends, gaps, and risks Reconcile and synchronise data across multiple systems and platforms Ensure accurate month-end billing and financial reconciliation processes Drive collections and billing strategy improvements Collaborate with IT, Finance, Audit, and Project teams on system enhancements and operational initiatives Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies Act as a subject matter expert on billing and payment-related projects Manage departmental priorities, resource planning, and operational efficiencies Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) Qualification in Business, Operations Management, or a related field Experience: 10 15 proven experience as an Operations Manager within financial services or insurance Strong insurance industry experience Advanced MS Excel and strong reporting capabilities Experience with debit orders, digital payments, collections, and DebiCheck Strong understanding of billing strategies and operational controls Exposure to QlikView, SQL, or other data analysis tools Experience managing projects and working closely with IT teams Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent leadership and people management skills Process-driven with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong understanding of finance, operations, audit, and IT principles Forward-thinking mindset with a passion for process improvement and innovation If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
