This role requires a strong all‑rounder who is confident managing reservations, guest communication, and administrative tasks while maintaining exceptional service standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, handling guest bookings, working with OTA platforms, and supporting events and group reservations. A solid understanding of hotel management systems and prior experience in a hospitality environment is essential. The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and able to multitask effectively under pressure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are critical, as the role involves continuous interaction with guests, internal teams, and external partners. Attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, and a professional approach are paramount to success in this position.
