Graphic Designing: Handle design requests for various firm materials including social media posts, brochures, and presentations. Website Management: Update and maintain the firm's website, including content and biographies. Events: Assist in planning and executing office and client events, including preparing print and graphic materials. Career Fairs: Manage career fair activities, including setup, material availability, and communication with law students. Pitches and Proposals: Respond to proposals, tenders, and quotations. Support pitch preparation and maintain records. Legal Directories and Awards: Manage submissions to legal directories and streamline processes to improve rankings. Client Nurturing: Develop client engagement strategies such as webinars and seminars. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in marketing or business development, with experience in the legal sector highly advantageous.
