About the job Social Media Content Specialist Job brief The social media content specialist will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content for all of our social media platforms. This person should have a deep understanding of each platform's best practices, trends, and audience preferences. They will work closely with our marketing team to create content that resonates with our followers and helps to achieve our marketing goals Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2+ years of experience creating content for social media platforms Exceptional writing and editing skills Creativity and an eye for detail Strong organizational skills Responsibilities Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of companys social content Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions #J-18808-Ljbffr
