We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our RPO Project Team, supporting client hiring mandates within a structured, project-based environment. This role operates within a blended delivery model. Depending on project requirements, you will: Deliver 180 recruitment (sourcing, screening, and candidate management), and In certain cases, support or manage elements of 360 recruitment, including limited hiring manager engagement and offer coordination. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who already understands recruitment fundamentals and is ready to operate within a high-performance, SLA-driven RPO structure. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing & Delivery (Primary Focus) Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, database searches, and direct outreach Conduct structured telephonic and virtual screening interviews Shortlist and present candidates aligned to role specifications Manage candidate pipelines and maintain consistent communication Ensure compliance with client requirements and documentation standards Accurately update and maintain ATS records Stakeholder Support (Where Applicable) Support senior recruiters or project leads with hiring manager briefings Assist with interview coordination and feedback management Provide basic market insights where required Support offer process administration Performance & Project Delivery Deliver against agreed hiring targets and turnaround times Maintain high-quality candidate experience standards Operate within defined SLAs and structured recruitment processes Contribute to continuous improvement within the RPO framework 1–3 years’ recruitment experience (agency, RPO, or in-house) Proven exposure to sourcing and screening candidates Understanding of recruitment lifecycle processes Experience working with ATS systems Strong administrative capability and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Delivery-focused and target-driven Strong organisational skills Professional and confident communicator Able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously Resilient and adaptable Should you not receive feedback on your application with us within a period of 2 weeks of submission, you may consider your application as being unsuccessful.
