About the job Specialist Analytics & Insights Key Roles and Responsibilities: Gather and analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions Develop and deliver reports that provide stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations Create and maintain dashboards that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics Work with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity Collaborate with other teams to integrate data from various sources and systems Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting and analytics Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reporting, analytics, and insights Qualifications Essential: A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Equivalent Qualification Competency Certifications in Databricks, Azure, Data Analysis, and other technologies highly advantageous 6-10 years of experience gathering requirements and analysing data Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience working with cross-functional teams Proficiency in SQL, Python and other programming languages commonly used in data analysis.
