Key Accountabilities: Asset Administration: Valid and updated asset register. Infrastructural capital projects for Division. Asset charge outs for Division. Project closure. Asset disposals. Asset count reconciliations. Project Administration: Distribution of funds. Distribution of annual values. Project release. Customer and Service Provider Interface: Interact with Internal Stakeholders to deliver business requirements. Work with Internal Project Teams to ensure deliverables are met. Provide internal support to the respective departments. Good Governance: Enforce the implementation of applicable company procedures and guidelines and affect the compliance to statutory and legislative requirements to ensure conformance to the established Manual of Authority (MOA) to safeguard the company interest, image and reputation. HSEQ Rules: Communicate, interpret and adhere to the companys Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) policies and rules to ensure individual safety and that of others, safeguard business operations and companys compliance to industrial requirements. Qualification: Degree in Finance / Business Management / Commerce or equivalent. Experience: 3 years experience in Assets and Project Administration. Experience in relevant SAP Module (project systems, asset accounting) Working Conditions: Ability to travel when and if required. Working on a contractual basis anticipated to conclude on 31 December 2026.
