About the Role As a Product Manager, you will define and guide the product strategy, manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful delivery and alignment with business goals, helping us thrive in an innovative environment. Responsibilities Product Strategy : develop and execute product vision and strategy; conduct market research and competitive analysis; define the product roadmap; prioritize features based on user needs and business value. Product Management : collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and prioritize product backlog; create conceptual product architecture; define and refine product requirements; work with design team to ensure a seamless user experience; measure feature success through data and user research. Agile Practices : champion Scrum and Agile methodologies; participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives; address impediments and ensure smooth progress across teams. Essential Skills Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a software development environment. Strong understanding of product lifecycle and management. Ability to define and prioritize product requirements. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively. Experience working collaboratively in cross‑functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals. Expertise in managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope.
