Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a group‑wide Skills Development strategy aligned to business goals Ensure compliance with the Skills Development Act and BBBEE Codes of Good Practice Manage WSP and ATR submissions across multiple SETAs (including MERSETA and SASSETA) Coordinate SETA engagements, audits, and verification processes Maximise discretionary and mandatory grant funding opportunities Conduct organisation‑wide skills gap analyses and implement targeted learning interventions Oversee learnerships, internships, bursaries, and leadership development programmes Deliver accurate reporting on training spend, ROI, and BBBEE impact Provide strategic advisory support to senior leadership on skills development and transformation initiatives Requirements Degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Education, or related field 6–9+ years experience in Skills Development / Learning & Development Proven experience with WSP/ATR submissions and SETA engagement Strong understanding of MERSETA, SASSETA, and BBBEE requirements Experience in multi‑entity or group environments advantageous Key Competencies Strategic thinking, strong compliance orientation, stakeholder engagement, analytical reporting, and the ability to operate effectively at executive level across multiple business units. #J-18808-Ljbffr
