Job Specification: Business Partner (Business Insurance) Role Purpose The Business Partner (BI) assists in planning and implementing the pursuit of strategic opportunities for Business Insurance . This involves cultivating client and commercial relationships, identifying new markets, and driving the growth of insurance products or services . Key Responsibilitie Business Development & Market Analysis: Monitor and assess sales and market data for specific geographic regions and segments . Produce reports to assist management in strategy formulation and identifying growth areas . Customer Relationship Management: Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex potential customer accounts . Identify and build relationships with relevant decision-makers and influencers within target organizations . Sales & Proposition Execution: Set clear objectives for sales calls and deliver tailored presentations addressing specific customer needs and concerns . Identify complex standard products or services that meet customer requirements and present them with clear commercial rationales . Networking & Reputation: Develop a personal network within the business sector and represent the organization at sector events to enhance brand visibility and gather market intelligence . CRM Data Integrity: Ensure all customer information gathered through research or direct contact is entered into the CRM system to enable effective retention and business development Operational Compliance: Maintain a deep understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes of conduct . Full FAIS Accreditation (150 credits) (Essential) . RE 5 (Essential) . RE 1 (Advantageous) . Experience: * 36 years of industry and commercial experience . Additional Requirements Regulatory Compliance: As a representative of a Financial Service Provider, the incumbent must remain "Fit and Proper" at all times .
