Position Overview The Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing the companys digital marketing presence across multiple platforms. This role combines strategy, content creation, graphic design, paid advertising, community management, and website maintenance support.Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Campaign Management Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals Plan and manage monthly marketing calendars and campaign rollouts Create and implement paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) Monitor campaign performance, optimize ads, and report on ROI and KPIs Assist with product launches, promotions, collaborations, and seasonal campaigns Research market trends, competitors, and audience insights to improve campaign performance Assist with influencer and collaboration campaign coordination Graphic Design & Creative Content Design high-quality digital creatives for Meta ads, Instagram and Facebook posts, Stories, Reels, newsletters, website banners, and promotional campaigns Maintain brand consistency across all visual content Edit short-form video content for social media and advertising Create engaging educational and promotional content aligned with the brand identity Assist with packaging, marketing collateral, and promotional material design when required Social Media Management Manage daily activity across Instagram and Facebook Schedule and publish posts, Stories, and Reels Reply to comments, direct messages, and community interactions professionally and timeously Engage with followers and build brand community engagement Monitor trends and suggest relevant content opportunities Track social media growth and engagement metrics Email Marketing Design and send biweekly newsletters Plan email marketing campaigns and promotional mailers Assist with audience segmentation and email automation where applicable Monitor email performance metrics including open rates and conversions Website & E-commerce Support Perform occasional website updates on Shopify or relevant website platforms Update product pages, banners, imagery, and promotional content Assist with landing pages and campaign integration Ensure website visuals and messaging remain aligned with campaigns and branding Additional Responsibilities Attend marketing meetings and contribute creative ideas Assist with photoshoots, content planning, and campaign preparation Coordinate with external service providers, influencers, or collaborators when needed Stay up to date with social media trends, Meta platform updates, and digital marketing best practices Support the overall growth and visibility of the brand Requirements & Skills Qualification or experience in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication, or related field Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software Experience with video editing for social media Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and current social media trends Experience with Shopify or website content management systems advantageous Strong copywriting and communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and brand consistency Preferred Attributes Creative thinker with strong visual design skills Passion for health, wellness, fertility, pregnancy, or womens health Proactive and solution-oriented Able to interpret analytics and improve performance strategically Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
