Responsibilities Deliver world‑class guest service and personalised shopping experiences Drive boutique sales and identify revenue opportunities Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards Assist with stock control and inventory management Showcase luxury products, art, and design pieces Work closely with lodge departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Promote the lodge’s conservation ethos through positive guest interaction Qualifications Previous boutique or luxury retail experience is essential Luxury safari lodge experience would be highly advantageous Polished, professional, and well‑presented individual Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Confident computer literacy (Microsoft Office essential) Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about luxury retail and guest interaction Working Hours 08:00 – 16:30.
