Your Impact At McKinsey’s CCN Analytics Graduate Program you will work at the forefront of machine learning, generative AI, and emerging agentic AI technologies, helping leading organizations navigate into the age of Artificial Intelligence. Responsibilities include shaping big‑picture strategy and building and coding solutions across the AI value chain. You will identify where AI can create value across businesses, develop multi‑year AI roadmaps, and define the operating models needed to deliver them, including team structures, required capabilities, technology stacks, and investment priorities.
