We’re looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Product Technologist Assistant to join our team. This is not a “tick-the-box”admin role - it’s a launchpad into food safety, global retail standards, and product technology. If you’re organised, curious, and the type of person who notices when something is slightly off, you’ll thrive here. What you'll be doing? Keeping technical documents and systems clean, accurate, and audit-ready Managing supplier and retailer technical information Coordinating product testing with labs Supporting product quality reviews and tastings Assisting with food safety, compliance, and audit processes What we're looking for? Qualification in Food Science / Food Technology (or similar) Strong attention to detail (this is non-negotiable) Highly organised and able to juggle multiple tasks Comfortable working with systems and data Proactive, reliable, and not afraid to follow up Driver’s license and own, reliable transport a necessity What makes this role different?
