Responsibilities: Install automotive window tinting and smash & grab safety film to manufacturer and company standards Prepare vehicle surfaces prior to film application Ensure clean, bubble-free, and high-quality installations Inspect completed work to ensure quality control standards are met Advise customers on product options, film care, and maintenance Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the workshop area Handle customer vehicles with care and professionalism Ensure all installations are completed within required turnaround times Assist with stock control and material usage where required Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and workmanship standards Requirements: 2-3 years current experience as an Automotive Window Tinter / Smash & Grab Technician essential Proven experience with automotive film installations and tinting applications Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to work independently and within a team environment Good communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s licence advantageous Stable employment history preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Skills & Competencies: Excellent hand-eye coordination and precision Strong technical and practical ability High attention to detail Good problem-solving skills Professional and customer-focused approach Ability to maintain high workmanship standards Strong time-management and organisational skills Reliable, hardworking, and motivated attitude     Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
