Must have experience with Heavy trucks e.g Volvo, UD, Isuzu, FAW, Hino, MB, FUSO, Freightliner etc. Responsibilities Provide effective technical and specialist support to staff, ensuring high quality workmanship and service delivery to customers. Perform vehicle diagnostics and fault-finding to ensure repairs are performed correctly and efficiently. Ensure the service department maintains a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
