Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate the new vehicle sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Drive dealership sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction Ensure achievement of minimum sales targets, including maintaining a current achievement level of at least 30 units per month Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives Monitor daily sales activities, lead management, and conversion ratios Manage stock, ageing units, and vehicle ordering processes effectively Ensure compliance with OEM standards, dealership policies, and operational procedures Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, financial institutions, and key stakeholders Assist with deal structuring and ensure maximum profitability on all transactions Maintain high levels of showroom presentation and customer experience standards Requirements: Minimum 35 years experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager within a franchised passenger vehicle dealership Proven and current track record of achieving at least 30 vehicle units per month Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing abilities Strong understanding of dealership operations, F&I processes, and vehicle sales procedures Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Valid drivers licence Clear criminal and credit record Skills and Attributes: Highly motivated and performance driven Strong business and commercial acumen Excellent customer relationship management skills Professional, well-presented, and energetic Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to inspire and develop a successful sales team Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
