Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the insurance market; develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth; build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and partners Manage existing business and identify cross-selling opportunities; collaborate with underwriting and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery; provide excellent customer service and support Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments; analyze market data to inform business decisions; identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities Develop marketing and promotional materials to support sales efforts; collaborate with marketing team to create targeted campaigns; represent the company at industry events and conferences Requirements: 3+ years of experience in insurance business development or insurance sales Strong understanding of insurance products, markets, and regulations Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Proven track record of meeting sales targets and achieving revenue growth Analytical and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills Relevant insurance certifications (e.g. RE 5, RE 1) preferred
