Skills & Experience (Not negotiable) Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience managing campaigns within Google Ads. Current Google Ads Certification. Genuine proficiency across the Google toolkit: Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping/Performance Max) Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google Business Profile Google Ads Editor Strong grasp of first‑party data strategies and practical experience connecting Google Ads accounts to CRM environments.
