Role Summary The successful candidate will take responsibility for overseeing and managing the paint line, ensuring smooth operations, quality output, and adherence to production targets. You will lead a team on the floor while maintaining high technical and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily operations on the paint line Lead, motivate, and coordinate a production team Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company procedures Monitor workflow, efficiencies, and continuous improvement initiatives Minimum Requirements Relevant engineering qualification Proven experience in the automotive industry (essential) Strong technical and problem-solving ability Previous supervisory or team leadership experience Ability to work shifts and overtime as required Strong communication and leadership skills Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
