Salesforce Developer (Apex/LWC Focus) - SA We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to deliver Salesforce features, UI components, and enhancements for business-critical projects. The role requires a focus on quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices across Salesforce product modules. The ideal candidate will have experience across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, CPQ, Financial Services Cloud) and be comfortable collaborating with business analysts, admins, and other developers in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Build automation solutions using Flows and configuration-first approaches Create and modify Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, approvals, and page layouts Write unit tests, participate in code reviews, and address feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables Support bug fixes, enhancements, and maintain basic technical documentation Assist in deployments, release readiness, and CI/CD activities Debug and troubleshoot issues using logs and structured approaches Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions Technical Skills & Expertise Salesforce Configuration & Automation: Flows, validation rules, page layouts, Lightning pages Data Modelling: Objects, lookups/master-detail, record types Security Model: OWD, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, FLS Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, CPQ Full-Stack Exposure: Backend and frontend application engineering is advantageous Additional Knowledge: Platform Developer I certification is a plus Key Performance Focus Deliver high-quality, maintainable Salesforce features and components Reduce defect rates and improve unit test coverage Maintain feature throughput and adhere to development timelines Ensure deployment readiness and smooth release processes Required Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex/LWC focus Proven track record of implementing Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds/modules Hands-on experience in configuration, automation, and declarative Salesforce features Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Salesforce Platform Developer I certification Experience in financial services or banking Salesforce projects Exposure to full-stack development and DevOps practices Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies Skills Apex LWC Salesforce Configuration Automation: Flow Data Modelling DevOps & Version Salesforce Clouds Full-Stack Exposure #J-18808-Ljbffr
