A fast-growing renewable energy finance business is looking for a commercially sharp Debtors Manager to lead the performance, recovery, and governance of its South African debtors portfolio. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to Executive leadership and Board reporting. Who this is for: This role suits someone who understands that debtor management is about outcomes — improving DSO, strengthening recoveries, mitigating risk, and protecting cash flow. You’ll operate at both operational and strategic levels, influencing stakeholders and driving accountability across the business. What you’ll be doing: Take full ownership of SA debtors performance and cash collection outcomes Actively manage DSO, ageing profiles, and high-risk accounts Lead structured recovery plans aligned to contract terms (PPAs, Rent-to-Open, service agreements) Identify early risk indicators and prepare structured escalation recommendations Support legal enforcement actions and ensure full audit trails Consolidate group-level debtor reporting and prepare board-ready packs Embed strong governance, controls, and a performance-driven collections culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
