Plants to run at design capacity; Milling and Mechanical downtime to be Qualifications Qualified Wheat or Maize miller – GMF Trade Test Swiss Milling School qualification City & Guilds of London – Advanced Flour Milling; National Association of British & Irish Millers Production Diploma or Manufacturing Management Experience: Around 5 years proven experience in a production environment of which 3 must be at a senior level. Knowledge of fumigation on grain insects and the management thereof. Assertive and diplomatic, creative and solution‑oriented, self‑motivated, capable of working independently and delivering on time. An assertive, goal‑oriented self‑starter with good interpersonal and organising skills. Ability to pay attention to detail, negotiating skills, sound analytical and decision‑making skills. Be a “big picture thinker” and exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Be stress tolerant.
