What You’ll Be Doing (besides look cool doing it): Solving complex industry specific problems. Diagnose, design, and deliver game-changing process improvements. Mapping out business processes and identifying inefficiencies (finding where the magic isn’t happening). Dive into data to spot trends and make process decisions based on facts, not vibes. Automate, optimise, and challenge the status quo (because nothing good grows in the comfort zone). Work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to turn complex challenges into smooth solutions . Bringing fresh ideas to the table and challenging the status quo. What we’re looking for: Relevant bachelor’s degree, with strong preference for a post graduate qualification. 3+ years in process engineering within banking, insurance, or financial services consulting. Hands-on experience with BPM tools, process modelling, and automation. Relevant software and programming skills with tools such as SQL, SAS, Python and Business Intelligence Applications are highly advantageous. A strategic thinker who knows when to follow the rules and when to rewrite them. A mindset that questions “why?” and then says, “let’s make it better.” The ability to speak both “business” and “tech” fluently.
