Role Overview The Corporate Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders, representing the organisation with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming communications, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Client Experience Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience Manage visitor sign-in procedures and ensure compliance with security protocols Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner Receive and distribute mail, parcels, and courier deliveries Administrative Support Maintain a tidy, professional reception area and meeting rooms Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting setup when required Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data capture, document preparation, and scanning Support office management with ad-hoc administrative tasks Office Coordination Manage stationery and office supply inventory Liaise with service providers, couriers, and building management when necessary Assist with travel arrangements, catering orders, and internal events as required Skills & Experience Required Essential Matric (Grade 12) Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a corporate reception or front-office role Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and confident interpersonal style Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Advantageous Experience working in a corporate head office or professional services environment Familiarity with switchboard systems Basic administrative or office management exposure Competencies & Attributes Polished, professional, and customer-focused Strong organisational and time-management skills Calm, composed, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Discreet and able to handle confidential information Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Working Hours Monday to Friday | (Office Hours) Remuneration Market-related, dependent on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
