Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial operations within a dynamic environment focused on solar, engineering,construction, and EPC projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and ensuring strong financial governanceacross project-based operations. This role requires strong experience in project costing, contract financials, and financial management within engineering and renewable energy environments. Key Responsibilities Financial Management • Oversee full finance function including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal company policies• Maintain accurate financial records and support audit readiness Project & EPC Finance • Manage project costing, budgeting, and profitability tracking• Monitor EPC project financial performance and variance analysis• Support project managers with financial insights and forecasting• Assess contract financial risks and margin performance Budgeting & Forecasting • Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts• Track expenditure against budgets and report on variances• Provide financial insights to support business decision-making Compliance & Controls • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and tax regulations• Maintain internal controls and financial governance frameworks• Support internal and external audit processes Stakeholder Management • Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and project teams• Liaise with external auditors, suppliers, and financial stakeholders Minimum Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field• 3–5 years’ experience in a Finance Manager or similar role• Experience in solar, EPC, engineering, or construction industries• Strong understanding of project accounting and cost control• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting• Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Excel skills Skills & Competencies • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability• High attention to detail and accuracy• Ability to work under pressure in a project-driven environment• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Preferred Experience • Exposure to renewable energy or solar industry finance• Experience with large-scale infrastructure or EPC projects• Ability to improve financial processes and systems within a growing business
