This position is based at our Head Office in Cape Town, reporting to the Payroll Compliance Supervisor. To be 2IC to the Payroll Compliance Supervisor To mentor/coach Payroll Compliance Clerks in day-to-day tasks To check and validate all payroll submissions across the business units efficiently, on time, accurately and in accordance with company policies and legislation. To execute tasks accurately, on time and in accordance with payroll procedures, company policies and legislation. To check and report on application of relevant legislative requirements and deadlines dates To record all HR and Payroll administration accurately to enable compliance reporting Diploma in HR/Payroll/Business Administration/Accounting 1-3 years’ experience within an Administration/Payroll environment Skills, Abilities and Job-Related Knowledge: Company Policies and Procedures Medical Aid and fund rules SAP Payroll System MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) 4ME System Accounting Knowledge Computer Literacy Written and verbal communication Interpersonal skills Conflict Management To maintain confidentiality To follow rules and procedures Numerical Applying expertise and technology Planning, leading and organising Delivering results and meeting customer expectations Follow instructions and procedures Cope with pressure and setbacks Be versatile and approachable Achieve personal work goals and objectives Attention to detail and accuracy #J-18808-Ljbffr
