We are looking for a Professional Services Engineer to support the implementation and enhancement of the Finsurv regulatory reporting platform within client environments. This role focuses on building integrations, configuring client-specific solutions, and resolving complex data and system issues that help financial institutions meet regulatory reporting requirements. You’ll work closely with engineering and product teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions across client systems. What you’ll do Implement and support client-specific platform configurations and enhancements Build and troubleshoot integrations using REST APIs, JSON, XML, SQL Develop business logic, validation rules, and data workflows Investigate and resolve data, integration, and reporting issues Support client delivery engagements and technical discussions Collaborate with product engineering to align solutions with core architecture What we’re looking for Strong SQL and database skills Understanding of APIs (REST), JSON, and XML Strong analytical and problem-solving ability High attention to detail and structured thinking Financial services, banking, or regulatory systems exposure Client-facing or consulting delivery experience Rule-based or validation-driven systems Why this role This is a hands-on engineering role working directly with real client systems, where your work directly impacts regulatory compliance and financial reporting accuracy.
