We are seeking a seasoned New Product Marketing Manager to lead the full lifecycle marketing of new tiles and sanitary products, with a core focus on overseas market launch and digital ecosystem operations. This role bridges product development, overseas sales, and digital channels, driving new product success from production to market penetration through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven optimization. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end new product launch planning for tiles & sanitary lines, covering production coordination, market release strategy, Excel-based new product checklist completion, product brief formulation, positioning definition, and SKU finalization. Oversee overseas new product launch execution: follow up on product image collection, verify visual evidence to ensure accurate product launch and compliant in-store showroom displays. Manage digital follow-up for overseas new products: responsible for website/App uploading and relaunch processes, crafting compelling product descriptions and highlighting unique selling propositions (USPs). Analyze new product performance in export markets, tracking sales movement and deriving actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies. Conduct digital product data upload and validation in CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness for marketing and sales alignment. Collect and synthesize market feedback, prepare post-launch review reports, and recommend product or marketing improvements. Monitor and analyze App/Website analytics data to evaluate digital marketing effectiveness and guide optimization of online touchpoints. Requirements & Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Work Experience Minimum 5-8 years of proven experience in new product launch and promotion, with priority given to candidates from the building materials industry or related sectors. Demonstrated experience in brand promotion activities (e.g., offline events, new product launch campaigns, community operations) is highly preferred. Solid experience in marketing project management, including developing project initiation plans, building teams, conducting market research to set goals, and formulating executable action plans. Experience in managing teams of 5 or more members, with a track record of leading teams to achieve marketing targets. Professional Skills Proficient in market analysis, market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior research. Ability to develop annual and monthly marketing plans based on budget estimates, and manage teams to complete monthly KPIs (including advertising, product displays, and store development). Strong data analysis skills and budget management capabilities, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. Personal Qualities Excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with teams across different functions.
