A dynamic, tech-driven short-term insurer is seeking a Creative Director to drive their visual and strategic brand vision. Responsibilities Team Vision: Lead and mentor a team of social media experts, marketing interns, videographers, multimedia designers, and copywriters. Brand Alignment: Develop a creative strategy that ensures all internal and external assets adhere to Pineapple’s brand tone and visual identity. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the CMO and department heads to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels. Quality Control: Review and approve all designs, videos, photography, graphics, and copy to maintain excellence. Content Strategy: Oversee the production of visually compelling stories and copy that resonate with our target audience. Social Synergy: Work with the social media team to optimize posts for engagement and brand consistency. Data-Driven Design: Lead performance-based campaigns, using analytics to refine creative decisions and maximize growth. Efficiency: Develop workflows to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Team Growth: Foster an empowered environment through ongoing coaching and professional development. Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership or senior design role.
