We’re looking for a dynamic Business Developer who can spearhead innovation and drive strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders. About the Role: This isn’t your typical sales position. We’re seeking a strategic market influencer—someone who thrives on engaging with a variety of industry players, including fenestration fabricators, architects, project managers, developers, and construction professionals. Your mission? To create a strong demand for cutting‑edge technology in the windows and doors sector and lead the charge in transforming the market. You will be responsible for: Market Education & Engagement – Introducing and promoting a pioneering fenestration solution to industry professionals. Building Strong Networks – Cultivating relationships with key decision‑makers to influence product specification. Technical Support & Consultation – Providing guidance on design, application, and installation processes. Driving Market Conversion – Encouraging a shift from traditional materials to this innovative technology. Collaborating with Fabricators – Supporting partners in growing their sales, marketing, and technical capabilities. Requirements What We’re Looking For: Industry Expertise – Minimum 5 years experience in fenestration (windows/doors), either in fabrication or sales. Sales & Market Development Experience – At least 3 years in a customer‑facing role within the sector. Technical Knowledge – Ability to read and interpret building plans, as well as proficiency in fenestration design/quoting software (or willingness to learn). Communication & Presentation Skills – Confident in engaging architects, developers, and fabricators, with the ability to conduct professional presentations. Innovative Mindset – Someone who enjoys finding creative solutions to influence the market and build long‑term business relationships.
