Design and produce digital TDWI research reports including long-form PDFs, executive summaries, and supporting visuals. Apply strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for readability and professional polish. Format and refine charts, tables, and data visuals to align with TDWI’s standards and brand. Digital Marketing & Social Creative Create and resize digital assets for: Social ads and organic social graphics Web and email marketing graphics Display ads and campaign creative Use Canva to quickly produce and version marketing assets while maintaining brand integrity. Event & Signage Design Design event signage and collateral such as: Large-format banners and directional signage Slides, sponsor signage, and event-branded assets Workflow & Collaboration Partner with research, marketing, and events teams to understand objectives and deliverables. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to timelines and priorities. Track work and deadlines through Asana, maintaining clear communication and status updates. Maintain organized source files, templates, and production-ready exports. Required Qualifications 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (in-house, agency, or both). Multi-page report or publication layout Digital and social campaign creative Consistent brand application Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially: InDesign (must-have) Illustrator Photoshop Proficiency in Canva, including working within templates and brand kits. Strong typography, layout, and production design skills. Ability to work quickly while maintaining high quality and accuracy. Experience preparing files for both digital distribution and print production. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting B2B brands, research organizations, or professional associations. Familiarity with event signage and print production specs. Motion graphics experience (After Effects) is a plus, not required. Experience working in a collaborative project workflow using Asana.
