What You'll Be Doing As a French-speaking Business Development Executive, your core responsibility will be to prospect, qualify, and nurture leads into long-term client partnershipsprimarily across French-speaking markets. Key Responsibilities: Proactively generate and qualify new business leads via outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other prospecting methods. Present tailored sales and marketing solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers. Build and manage a pipeline of prospects using a CRM system, maintaining accurate records and timely follow-ups. Conduct virtual meetings and product demonstrations for potential clients in French and English. Collaborate with internal teams (sales strategy, marketing, delivery) to ensure seamless handovers and consistent messaging. Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs and revenue targets. What Were Looking For We're seeking a driven sales professional with strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and a hunger to close deals. Required Skills & Experience: Fluent in French (native or near-native) and strong proficiency in English (written and verbal). Minimum 2 years' experience in business development, lead generation, telesales, or outbound B2B sales. Proven ability to navigate sales cycles and book high-quality meetings with decision-makers. Experience working with a CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.). Strong understanding of the sales process, with the confidence to own client conversations. Energetic, goal-oriented, and highly self-motivated. Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
