A leading organisation in the financial services sector is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager / Head of Product to lead the vision, strategy and evolution of a large-scale intermediary digital platform. This role is ideal for a strategic product leader with strong platform product management experience, stakeholder engagement capability and a proven track record delivering enterprise-scale digital products in complex environments. Key Responsibilities Define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the intermediary platform. Translate business and user needs into prioritised product initiatives and platform capabilities. Own and manage the product backlog across multiple teams and initiatives. Partner closely with engineering, design, data, security and business stakeholders. Drive platform adoption, scalability and continuous improvement. Balance business value, technical constraints, compliance and delivery risk. Define and track product success metrics, adoption and operational efficiency outcomes. Act as a key product advocate across executive and cross-functional stakeholder groups. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Information Systems or related field. 7+ years’ experience in product management within digital platforms or enterprise environments. Strong experience owning product strategy, roadmaps and platform backlogs. Experience working in agile delivery environments alongside engineering and design teams. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Financial services, fintech or regulated industry experience advantageous.
