Job Description Lead and manage actuarial engagements across insurance advisory and transformation projects Take ownership of the design, review, and delivery of actuarial models , methodologies, and assumptions Provide subject-matter expertise in areas such as IFRS 17, reserving, capital management, and/or pricing Translate complex actuarial outputs into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders Manage project timelines, scope, and quality to ensure successful client outcomes Review and challenge actuarial results, ensuring technical accuracy and regulatory compliance Support actuarial process transformation through automation, technology-enabled solutions, and improved modelling frameworks Mentor, coach, and develop junior actuarial analysts and team members Contribute to proposal development, project planning, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives Build strong working relationships with clients, auditors, finance, risk, and actuarial committees Skills & Experience 5+ years’ experience in actuarial, risk, or quantitative roles within life or general insurance Qualified actuary or near-qualified with extensive actuarial experience (or equivalent professional status) Strong expertise in at least two of: Reserving, IFRS 17, Capital Adequacy, Pricing Proven experience designing and overseeing actuarial models Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and presentation skills A consulting mindset: curious, adaptable, commercially aware, and solutions-focusedDemonstrated experience in managing and developing teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
