Provide constructive feedback and foster a positive, collaborative learning environment. Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and teaching methodologies. Participate in professional development activities to continuously improve teaching skills. Requirements NQF6 or higher qualification (industry certifications and higher NQF levels advantageous). Proven experience as a trainer or educator in IT or software development courses. In-depth knowledge of programming languages and software applications. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are an advantage. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Key Competencies Effective classroom management and engagement techniques.
