Requirements Grade 12 / Matric Certificate Minimum 3 years’ experience within the food service industry Proven experience calling on:Food service customers Forecourt customers Strong communication, listening, and conflict management skills High level of professionalism and customer service orientation Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Valid driver’s licence essential Responsibilities Sales and Business Development Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory Drive sales volumes to meet and exceed budget targets Present and promote the full range of company products to customers Influence customer ordering behaviour and maximise product uptake Customer Relationship Management Conduct regular customer and retail store visits Assess customer needs and identify growth opportunities Ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction Resolve customer concerns and maintain strong business partnerships Stock and Order Management Implement strategies to minimise out-of-stock occurrences Manage stock returns and reduce credit notes Ensure claims are accurately documented and submitted timeously Territory and Performance Management Develop and execute territory sales strategies to maximise ROI Set and monitor personal sales goals aligned to company objectives Maintain accurate reporting and sales administration #J-18808-Ljbffr
