Proactively monitor progress, address delays, and make smart adjustments to keep projects on track. Build strong client relationships by managing all communications and resolving issues promptly. Keep stakeholders informed with clear, regular updates on project progress and timeline adjustments. Lead the planning, execution, and testing of projects, while guiding and supporting your team for optimal results. Advocate for client needs, working closely with senior management to enhance service delivery and exceed expectations. Continuously refine project management practices, sharing insights with teams and fostering productive vendor partnerships. A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial. 3 - 5 years of project management experience. Knowledge and experience in the finance industry. Experience working with software projects.
