This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organizational skills, team management and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the front office team to deliver outstanding guest service Supervise check-in/check-out procedures, reservations and guest relations Ensure smooth coordination between front office, housekeeping, and other departments Handle guest queries, complaints and special requests professionally Monitor occupancy, revenue, and reporting for management review Train, mentor, and evaluate front office staff performance Maintain compliance with health, safety and hospitality standards Manage cash handling, billing and daily reconciliation processes Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years proven experience in front office or guest services management within a hotel or hospitality environment Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or related field Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Ability to work flexible shift schedules (including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays) Skills Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Benefits Provident Fund
