The Role We're hiring a Credentialing Specialist to manage provider onboarding and credentialing workflows. Healthcare credentialing experience is a plus, but not required. What matters most is your ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy across multiple files. credible? You’ll work closely with recruiting, payroll, and operations to ensure providers are credentialed and ready to work — on time, every time. What You’ll Do Manage credentialing files from start to finish for healthcare providers Collect, verify, and organize required documents (licenses, certifications, references, etc.) Track deadlines and follow up proactively to keep files moving Ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements Communicate with providers, clients, and internal teams to resolve credentialing issues Maintain accurate records in our credentialing systems Flag gaps, discrepancies, or potential delays early Support audits and quality reviews as needed What You Bring 5+ years in administrative, operations, or compliance-related roles Strong organizational skills挣 and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Clear, professional written and verbal communication Proficiency in Excel and comfort learning new software High accountability—you own your work and follow through Nice to Have Experience in credentialing, healthcare, staffing, or HR operations Familiarity with medical licenses, certifications, or compliance requirements Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Administrative, Customer Service, and Human Resources Industries Health and Human Services " #J-18808-Ljbffr
