This high‑impact role involves managing complex, end‑to‑end, cloud‑native payment projects for major banks and retailers. As a customer advocate, you will affect millions of people daily. Based in Johannesburg, the role requires on‑site presence at client offices with frequent travel to Cape Town. The Role If you are delivery‑focused, customer‑centric, and committed to long‑term, trusted relationships, Electrum's Project Manager role is ideal. You will manage the end‑to‑end delivery of projects—from sales handover through development to support handover—by working closely with customers (large banks and retailers), the sales team, and the engineering team, while building strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
