Admin & Stock Assistant – iStore Namibia (Windhoek) 2026 iStore Namibia, Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller, is seeking an Admin & Stock Assistant for its Maerua Mall store in Windhoek. This permanent, full‑time role supports the Admin Manager with daily store administration, stock handling and documentation. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily stock management – receiving, transfers, cycle counts and reporting discrepancies. Maintain accurate records for sales, returns, supplier documentation and stock movement. Support cash‑up processes and ensure compliance with cash‑handling procedures. File and store all documentation so it is readily accessible. Coordinate store deliveries and track logistics. Prepare reports on stock levels, variances and admin controls. Provide HR admin support such as time‑keeping, leave tracking and onboarding paperwork. Communicate with head‑office departments to follow up on admin and logistics queries. Offer general administrative assistance to the Store and Admin Manager as needed. Requirements Completed Namibian Senior Secondary Certificate Ordinary (NSSCO). 1–2 years’ experience in retail or office administration. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic reporting. Strong attention to detail, organisational and problem‑solving skills. Honest, dependable and able to work independently. Comfortable handling stock and using operational systems.
