The Group Chief Ethics and Conduct Risk Officer is responsible for setting, leading, and embedding a group-wide ethics and conduct risk framework that ensures the bank operates with integrity, transparency, and accountability. The role provides strategic leadership on ethical governance, conduct risk management, and regulatory compliance, driving a culture of ethical decision‑making and responsible leadership across the Group. Develop and implement a robust conduct risk and ethics strategy aligned with Group objectives and regulatory requirements Provide independent oversight of conduct risk and material ethics matters across the Group Present conduct risk and ethics insights, trends, and risk assessments to Group ExCo, Board Risk Committees, and Social & Ethics Committees Oversee investigations, whistleblowing, and case management, ensuring independence and fairness Develop and maintain conduct risk and ethics policies, procedures, and guidelines Embed an ethical culture through leadership engagement, tone-from-the-top, and behavioural risk initiatives Establish and maintain a robust monitoring and reporting framework Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators Ensure alignment with Group Risk Appetite and Conduct Risk Framework Provide assurance to Board committees on ethics and conduct risk governance maturity Ensure regulatory compliance and best‑practice oversight Postgraduate qualification in Law, Governance, Risk, Compliance, Ethics, or related discipline Preferred Master’s degree (LLM, MBA, MBL or equivalent) Professional certification in Ethics, Compliance, Fraud Examination, or Corporate Governance Year’s of experience 10–15+ years senior leadership experience within financial services or highly regulated environments Proven executive leadership at Group / enterprise level Important Closing Date Notice Take note that applications will not be accepted on the below date and onwards, kindly submit applications ahead of the closing date indicated below.
