The Client Services Consultants (CSC) primary objective is to provide exceptional customer service to clients in the SCI Client Enablement: Retail Services business. This role involves building and maintaining long‑lasting relationships with clients and financial advisers, providing exceptional experience and focusing on building trust and confidence. CSC will be the main contact for clients, providing them with prompt and precise information and addressing any issues or concerns they may encounter. Role Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels. Provide accurate information about our products, services, and investment options. Assist clients with account opening, closing, and maintenance procedures. Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client experience. Keep up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Investment Management, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Knowledge of collective investment schemes and financial markets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
