We are looking for two Intermediate Power BI Developers to do dashboard/report development, performance optimisation, Power BI administration, and automated CI/CD deployments. You’ll work closely with data engineering and business teams to deliver reliable, scalable analytics solutions across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Develop high‑quality Power BI reports and dashboards aligned to business requirements. Optimise Power BI datasets, queries, models, and visuals for improved performance. Perform Power BI administration, including workspace management, user permissions, governance and monitoring. Manage and enhance CI/CD deployment pipelines for Power BI content. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure best‑practice data modelling. Assist with resolving Power BI support queries and analytics-related issues. Participate in standby/on‑call duties as part of the support rotation. Required Skills & Experience Strong experience with Power BI development (Power Query, DAX, data modelling). Solid understanding of Power BI administration in enterprise environments. Experience optimising Power BI models, query performance, and refresh cycles. Strong SQL skills for data extraction, modelling, and performance tuning. Experience managing Power BI workspace governance, security roles, and capacity usage. Hands‑on experience with Power BI CI/CD pipelines. Solid practical experience working with Microsoft Fabric. Good understanding of data modelling principles (Star/Snowflake schemas).
