This is a full-time remote role for anAppointment Setter at a fast-growing lead generation agency that supports US-based financial professionals. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and scheduling high-quality appointments for the sales team. We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual who is confident in communicating with potential clients and can thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Qualifications Minimum2 years of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, sales support, or a related role. Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Experience with CRM systems and productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, or Zoom. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while consistently meeting performance targets. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, and social media to warm and cold leads. Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and level of interest. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions within the CRM system. Follow up consistently with prospects to increase conversion rates. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach, appointments set, and lead conversions. Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies and performance results. Ensure a smooth handoff of qualified prospects to the sales team.
