Job Description Manage reception duties including switchboard and visitor coordination Oversee office administration, supplier relationships, and facilities management Maintain and manage the full accounts payable function including reconciliations Prepare payment runs and liaise with suppliers on queries and discrepancies Assist with general accounting tasks including asset register, VAT checks, and year-end preparation Perform stock costing and invoice processing functions Support project administration and reconciliation of work‑in‑progress accounts Conduct daily bank reconciliations and treasury‑related tasks Skills & Experience Experience in accounts payable and general accounting functions Strong administrative and organisational skills Experience within a manufacturing or technical environment advantageous Intermediate computer literacy and accounting system exposure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability Qualification Grade 12 (essential) Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or similar – advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
