Job Summary Provide accounting and operational finance support to ensure accurate financial records, compliance with accounting standards, and efficient day-to-day operations. Key Performance Areas Accounting Support Operational Finance Support Financial Administration According to SOP Key Tasks Accounting Support Capture financial transactions accurately and timeously. Support operations teams with cost analysis and reporting. Assist with supplier, contract, and service provider documentation from a finance perspective. Resolve finance-related queries from internal stakeholders. Assist with improving operational and financial processes for efficiency. Administer Accounting Processes According to SOP Ensure compliance with approved SOPs and internal controls. Prepare basic financial and operational reports as required. Perform ad hoc finance and operations support tasks as requested by management. Qualifications Matric National Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience 3 years experience in a junior accounting or finance support role Excel experience Exposure to operational finance or healthcare environment Experience working on an ERP or accounting system Skills and Knowledge Basic accounting principles Reconciliation skills Strong numerical and analytical ability Attention to detail and accuracy Time management and organisational skills Good written and verbal communication skills Attributes Organised and methodical Reliable and accountable Team player Able to work under pressure Willingness to learn Honest, hardworking, and humble
